"Del is AMAZING! She is willing to jump right in and try anything. Del can joke with the kids that like to joke, help make learning fun for those who struggle, and challenge the ones that are ready for more difficult tasks. Del is creative and helpful. She is always willing to do anything that helps the class. Del worked primarily with a student who was about two years behind grade level. She would take the resources that were given to her and make learning interesting for the student. She is always positive with the students and they all love her.
